The posting

About the role

We are building an App and web product centred on how peopleaccumulate, find and use information in their own work — exploring what agenuinely useful "work memory" can be. Our users are international, and the product is being built from Singapore.

We are looking for a product partner who can get into realwork scenarios, find the problems that matter and drive product validation.

What you will do

· Research the real problems our users face in accumulating, finding and using work information, and define which scenarios to solve first.

· Own requirements analysis, solution design and iteration forkey user flows across the App and web product.

· Work with design and engineering to validate the effect ofproduct changes through user interviews, feedback and usage data.

· Work with the growth team to analyse the journey from firstuse to continued use, and find product opportunities for extending individualuse into team adoption.

· Take care over privacy, authorisation boundaries and usercontrol wherever personal work information is involved.

What we are looking for

· Product experience with App or web products, includingindependently running user research, prioritisation trade-offs, cross-teamexecution and outcome validation.

· Product judgement grounded in real user problems — this isnot a role limited to writing requirement documents and managing schedules.

· A genuine understanding of how people work, and a habit ofadjusting your judgement based on user feedback.

· Ability to communicate trade-offs clearly with design, engineering and marketing teams.

· Strong written and spoken English, as the role involvescommunicating with an international user base.

· Sound judgement on privacy, authorisation and user controlover personal work information.

Advantageous

Experience with personal productivity tools, knowledgemanagement or collaboration products, or with products that grew fromindividual use into team adoption.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
