About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to support the development and rollout of a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) that helps general practitioners (GPs) deliver better care for patients with chronic diseases under HealthierSG.

The product aims to provide clear, timely and relevant patient information during consultations, helping GPs understand each patient’s health profile and care needs. The team is also working with MOH PCC and Synapxe to integrate CDSS recommendations into Synapxe’s Patient Care Summary.

You will work closely with clinicians, government and policy stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive product delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery and Implementation

  • Lead the rollout and implementation of the CDSS, working closely with government and policy stakeholders to drive adoption, resolve implementation considerations and plan subsequent delivery phases.
  • Translate business, policy and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritise features in alignment with product goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Shape the Phase 2 product roadmap and translate priorities into actionable delivery plans.

Agile Delivery and Stakeholder Management

  • Run sprints and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate across product, design, engineering and operational teams to maintain alignment and support timely delivery.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, delivery dependencies and project issues.
  • Maintain project documentation, progress updates and decision records using Jira and Confluence.

Product Discovery and Experimentation

  • Lead product discovery and validation for experimental CDSS features.
  • Gather and synthesise qualitative feedback from clinicians and other users.
  • Analyse quantitative product data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate findings into product roadmaps and prioritised features for further validation.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in product management or a similar role involving product planning and cross-functional delivery.
  • Ability to gather, define and document product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, managing backlogs and prioritising features.
  • Hands-on experience running sprints and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking and documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business and user needs into actionable requirements.
  • Experience using user feedback and product data to support product decisions.
  • Healthcare, clinical systems or public-sector experience would be an advantage. /Ref: M3957

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
