Key Responsibilities:-

  • Machine Operation: Set up, run, and monitor production machinery and tools (e.g., for soldering, drilling, welding).
  • Assembly & Manufacturing: Assemble parts and products by hand or with power tools, following work orders and blueprints.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections to identify and remove faulty items, ensuring finished products meet standards.
  • Packaging & Shipping: Package, label, and prepare finished goods for distribution.
  • Material Handling: Load raw materials and stock finished products.
  • Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized, and report any issues.
  • Documentation: Record production activities as required.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity for repetitive, demanding tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and a safety-conscious mindset.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and good time management.
