Job Summary
The Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating production support activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This role manages label inventory and printing activities, production consumables material requests, drums filing delivery arrangement, drums receiving and SAP drums goods receiving transaction. This position serves as a key liaison between Production and Supply Chain teams to maintain operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Label Management
· Receive and verify all incoming labels againstapproved documentation and inventory records.
· Perform SAP Good receiving for all labelsdelivered.
· Performlabel printing activities according to production requirements and establishedprocedures.
· Maintainaccurate records of label issuance, usage, and inventory movements.
· Actas custodian of SIRIM labels and ensure proper control, storage, andtraceability.
· Prepareand submit SIRIM label usage reports in compliance with regulatory and companyrequirements.
· Conduct monthly label stock counts and reconcileinventory discrepancies.
Production Consumables Management
· Monitor inventory levels of productionconsumables to ensure adequate stock availability.
· Maintain accurate inventory records forconsumables used in production operations.
· Raise and coordinate material requisitions andconsumable requests to support production needs.
· Trackconsumable usage and recommend replenishment actions to prevent productiondisruptions.
Logistics and InventoryCoordination
· Coordinate drum filling delivery schedules with suppliersto ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials.
· Manage drums receiving activities and GoodsReceipt (GR) transactions in SAP.
· Verifyincoming drums against delivery documentation and system records.
Production and SAP Support
· Generate GMPL Delivery Orders (DO) for bulkblending operations accurately and on time.
· Provide backup support for DCS blendingoperations when required.
· Provide backup support SAP Goods Receivingtransactions and related inventory processes when required.
· Ensuredata accuracy and timely completion of SAP transactions.
Reporting and Compliance
· Maintain accurate production-related records andinventory documentation.
· Participate in stock-taking activities andinventory audits.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, GMPrequirements, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
· Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency andinventory control.
Qualifications &Experience
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing,Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in productioncoordination, manufacturing operations, inventory control, or warehouseadministration.
· Experience working with SAP ERP systems,particularly Goods Receipt and inventory transactions.
· Experiencein a manufacturing, chemicals, lubricants, FMCG, or industrial environment ispreferred.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong inventory management and stock controlknowledge.
· Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Officeapplications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Good understanding of production processes.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.

Knowledge of GMP, quality standards, and safety requirements is an advantage
