The posting

Enjoy turning customer demand into well-coordinated production and delivery plans? Join a manufacturing team where your planning and communication skills help keep customer orders on track.

This role offers exposure to customer account coordination, production scheduling and supply chain performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the main contact for assigned customers on order progress, production plans and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to align schedules with customer requirements.
  • Monitor order fulfilment and highlight potential delays or supply issues early.
  • Keep customers informed of delivery timelines and changes to production schedules.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues affecting customer orders.
  • Review supply chain performance data, investigate gaps and support corrective actions.
  • Contribute ideas to improve planning accuracy, coordination and delivery performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in planning, supply chain, customer service or a related function.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in handling customer enquiries.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage changing requirements.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems would be an advantage. Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
