Job Summary

Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing process service line operations, ensuring quality checks, compiling accurate customized reports, and managing project schedules and specifications to drive efficient production outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks at workshop and production sites to ensure compliance with process standards
  • Communicate effectively with Owners and Superintendents to coordinate project requirements and progress
  • Manage time efficiently and work independently to meet production deadlines
  • Implement cost-saving measures to optimize project budgets and resource use
  • Lead and manage project operations, including scheduling and adherence to specifications
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors to support operational goals

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the process industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to compile reports and manage documentation
  • Ability to work overtime to meet project demands
  • Strong coordination skills to align team and project activities
  • Capability to work safely at heights as required by job tasks
