Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily CP and AOI production activities to meet output, quality, yield and delivery targets.
- Coordinate shift activities, work allocation and production flow in accordance with production plans.
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures, workplace safety requirements and cleanroom protocols.
- Monitor output, cycle time, equipment utilisation, yield and productivity; initiate corrective actions when performance falls below target.
- Monitor wafer probe results and escalate abnormal yield or test performance to Engineering and Quality teams.
- Coordinate probe card changeovers, maintenance schedules and production readiness.
- Oversee AOI inspection throughput and quality, and coordinate inspection recipe implementation with Engineering.
- Support new product introduction, production ramp-up and defect reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with Equipment Engineers on equipment availability, preventive maintenance and production recovery.
- Lead, coach and train operators and technicians; manage attendance, shift briefings and workforce planning.
- Support performance reviews, employee development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain production records and reports to support planning and performance monitoring.
Requirements
