The posting

  • Perform cold spray and plasma spray coating using manual and automated systems
  • Perform all pre and post coating activities
  • Understand and follow AS9100 quality standards and quality control systems.
  • Monitor and maintain quality performance.
  • Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with operations manager to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Comply with safety regulations.
  • Assist in the investigation and troubleshooting of product or production issues.
  • Implement corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
  • Assist in producing production reports.
  • Source and purchase of production items.
  • Coordinate with vendor/WOA on pick-up and delivery of items to ECK, including consumables such as powder and carrier gas.
  • Support administrative work relating to production.
