Role Summary

The Production Technician performs day-to-day operational tasks on the production floor, including equipment operation, parts cleaning/processing, quality checks, and adherence to safety and cleanroom protocols. This role ensures products and processes meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

● Perform parts cleaning, inspection, and handling in line with cleanroom/process requirements

● Conduct in-process quality checks and record data accurately

● Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)

● Report equipment issues, defects, or deviations to the Process Engineer/Supervisor promptly

● Support routine equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules

● Participate in training sessions on safety, quality, and process updates

● Maintain accurate production and quality records/logs

Requirements

● Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent technical certification

● Prior experience in a manufacturing, cleanroom, or semiconductor environment preferred (not mandatory for entry-level)

● Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures

● Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle equipment/parts

● Basic literacy in English for reading SOPs and completing records
