Responsibilities:

  • Perform production and assembly activities in accordance with work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality requirements.
  • Handle materials and components appropriately throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and visual checks to ensure product quality.
  • Identify and report defects, abnormalities, and non-conformances promptly.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Perform equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues to supervisors or engineers as required.
  • Support troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
  • Comply with workplace safety regulations, EHS requirements, and cleanroom protocols where applicable.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and support 5S initiatives.
  • Participate in productivity, quality, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards is preferred.
  • Experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
