Job Summary
This is an exceptional opportunity for an excellent hands-on marketing program manager to help build and drive growth for Relativity in dynamic markets. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role for a marketing lead who is as comfortable advising senior stakeholders as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute against plan.
As the Program Manager, Field Marketing — Asia, based in Singapore, you will own the development of the field marketing strategy and the delivery of marketing plans for the Asia region, with specific focus on Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and South Korea, with accountability for commercial outcomes in the region.
Drawing on deep knowledge of Asia customers, personas, and market dynamics — across four genuinely distinct markets — you will work with the APAC leadership to set the Asia regional marketing agenda, shape and deliver integrated marketing programs, generate regional campaigns and localising global ones to ensure maximum regional relevance, driving pipeline towards meeting aggressive revenue targets.
You will act as a trusted in-region marketing authority to sales leadership and senior stakeholders — translating business objectives into marketing plans, providing strategic counsel, and ensuring marketing is a true commercial driver to success. You will also collaborate closely with Australia, UK and US-based marketing teams, leveraging global capabilities to maximise resources, maintain brand consistency across the Asia region.
As an individual contributor, working in the wider APAC marketing team, you are proactive, driven and work effectively across functions and geographies, holding yourself and others to a high standard. You communicate with authority and clarity, thrive on ownership, and bring credibility and gravitas to influence at every level.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive field marketing strategy aligned to regional business priorities and revenue goals, spanning the full customer journey — from awareness through to pipeline acceleration and retention — with a coherent, locally relevant go-to-market narrative at their core.
- Plan, manage, and deliver integrated marketing programs including in-person events, executive roundtables, webinars, and third-party activations.
- Acts as a senior in-region marketing authority to key stakeholders — advising on marketing strategy and plans, and ensuring alignment between marketing activities and business priorities.
- Lead end-of-the-end program management, including timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Serves as the in-region authority for all Asia events — including owning the regional presence at RelFest Sydney and flagship Asia events — leading audience acquisition campaigns, driving registrations and attendance goals, developing supporting content, and building event awareness across the region.
- Manages joint marketing relationships with third-party sponsors and channel partners to drive in-market awareness, generate pipeline, and deliver against shared commercial goals.
- Amplifies global marketing initiatives to ensure messaging resonates with local audiences, adapting content, channels, and positioning for local relevance. Localises content for Asia audiences and personas.

- Be accountable for marketing’s contribution to pipeline generation, revenue contribution, and commercial outcomes in market.
