Project Director (Cybersecurity / Identity Services)

About the role

We are hiring a Project Director (Cybersecurity / Identity Services) for a multi-year identity and security managed services engagement with a public sector organisation in Singapore, covering IAM, IGA, PAM and identity operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Own overall client engagement leadership and accountability
  • Set strategic direction and ensure contractual objectives are achieved
  • Manage senior customer stakeholders and executive governance
  • Oversee contractual and commercial matters
  • Make or direct senior management decisions relating to the contract
  • Ensure adequate staffing and availability of competent personnel
  • Resolve major risks, issues, delivery challenges and escalations

What you will bring

  • 15+ years PM experience in large-scale IT/cybersecurity/identity/managed services
  • Governance of complex enterprise engagements
  • Programme/project planning and resource management
  • Contractual and commercial oversight
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management
  • Risk, issue and escalation management
  • Ability to coordinate multiple delivery teams and suppliers

Qualifications & certifications

  • Degree in CS/IT or related

Work arrangement

  • Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
  • Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
  • Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
