Project Engineer (Manufacturing / Plant Projects / CAPEX)

Boon Lay | S$7,000 – S$8,000 | 1-Year Contract

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the planning and execution of engineering and plant projects within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate engineering and plant projects from planning through completion.
  • Support CAPEX / capital projects, equipment investment and plant improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review project requirements, technical specifications and engineering drawings where required.
  • Monitor project schedule, resources, costs and overall progress.
  • Support equipment installation, plant upgrades, capacity enhancement and improvement projects.
  • Conduct site coordination and ensure relevant quality and safety requirements are met.
  • Identify project issues and coordinate solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project engineering, manufacturing, plant engineering or a related environment.
  • Experience in CAPEX / capital projects, plant projects or machinery/equipment investment is highly advantageous.
  • Good project planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors and cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates from Food, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or other manufacturing industries with relevant project experience are welcome to apply.

The Offer

  • S$7,000 – S$8,000 per month
  • Fixed transport allowance
  • 1-month completion bonus
  • 18 days annual leave
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 1-year contract with potential conversion to a permanent role, subject to performance and business needs
