Project Engineer (LTAProject)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities on site, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations to maintain high work standards
  • Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring sessions to provide timely updates on work progress and address issues proactively
  • Oversee daily construction operations to ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, promoting a safe work environment
  • Coordinate site logistics, including scheduling material deliveries and allocating equipment, to optimize workflow efficiency
  • Assist in tracking project budgets and monitor cost-related matters to support financial control and project profitability
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
  • Ensure site safety by enforcing proper execution of site work procedures and safety protocols

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
