Job Summary

You will support project operations by driving personnel to sites, coordinating with clients and contractors, managing project communications, and assisting with site visits and document handling to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive company personnel safely to project sites, client offices, and other business locations to support project activities
  • Liaise proactively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate project-related matters and maintain positive working relationships
  • Communicate timely project updates, arrange meetings, and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure project progress
  • Assist with site visits by delivering and collecting project-related documents to support site operations
  • Report client feedback, site concerns, and potential issues promptly to the Project Manager for resolution
  • Provide general project coordination and administrative support to facilitate efficient project management
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the company vehicle to ensure safety and reliability

Required competencies and certifications

  • Valid Singapore driving license with a good driving record

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in construction, project coordination, customer service, or liaison work
