Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring
  • Track project expenditure, risks, changes, and overall performance
  • Prepare regular project progress and cost reports
  • Monitor Earned Value across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensure project activities meet contractual, financial, and operational requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project controls within construction or engineering
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Experience in digital engineering and construction project delivery
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
