The posting

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will independently manage civil engineering projects involving road signage and steel structural works, from tender stage through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects independently, including planning, scheduling, site coordination and project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Oversee project quality, costs, progress and timely completion.
  • Handle QS/commercial matters including tendering, costing, quantity measurement, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
  • Review drawings, specifications and contracts and resolve project/site issues.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant civil engineering/construction experience.
  • Experience in road signage, steel structural works or related civil works preferred.
  • Strong project management and QS/commercial knowledge.
  • Preferably qualified or eligible as a BCA Technical Personnel.
  • Able to work independently, take ownership and make practical decisions.
