about the role Joining an active and dynamic team, you will play a central role in driving end-to-end project lifecycles from initial conceptualization through to operational handover. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee high-visibility initiatives, engaging closely with diverse stakeholder groups and external partners to ensure seamless execution. Your key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring aligned objectives across schedule, scope, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitating requirement gathering, technical feasibility assessments, and comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking ongoing project milestones, maintenance planning, and performance metrics using established methodologies.
  • Acting as a primary contact for key client relationships, vendor engagements, and cross-functional teams.
  • Managing project documentation, issue escalations, and scope adjustment controls.
  • Supporting procurement processes, IT contracts, payment processing, and financial/budget planning.

skills and experience

  • Proven track record in managing project lifecycles within public sector or Whole-of-Government (WOG) environments.
  • Hands-on experience overseeing infrastructure-related projects, compliance/audit reviews, or exposure to cybersecurity solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience in project budget formulation, financial planning, and documentation.
  • Prior background managing cross-functional team members, internal resources, and external vendors across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
