The posting

We are looking for Project Manager with experience in refinery, petrochemical, LNG, energy or process plant projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the petrochemical, refinery, LNG, energy and process plant project.
  • Direct feasibility, FEED, engineering assurance, technology selection and execution planning.
  • Set EPC/EPCM contracting strategy, manage tendering, negotiations and contractor awards.
  • Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up and operational handover.
  • Establish project controls, performance reposting, forecasting, change control and risk governance.
  • Ensure HSE, quality, regulatory and environmental compliance across all project phases.
  • Resolve technical interfaces, project risks, cost overruns, schedule delays and contractor issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 20 years of EPC, major capital project delivery or project development experience in petrochemical, refinery, LNG, energy or process industries.
  • Proven leadership from FEED through EPC, commissioning and start-up.
  • Experience on both owner/developer and EPC contractor is highly preferred.
