The posting

Overview

The role will focus on project management, business process design and operational improvement, working closely with the Practice Lead, engineers and relevant stakeholders to review existing processes, identify gaps and develop practical, scalable processes that support the Operations Engineering community.

The successful candidate does not need to come from an HR background. We are looking for someone with strong experience in project management, business process design, process improvement and stakeholder management who can understand business needs and translate them into structured and implementable processes.

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Working Location: Punggol
  • Salary Package: Up to $9500 (basic) + AWS + Excellent staff benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate business process design and improvement initiatives within the Operations Engineering Practice.
  • Analyse existing processes, identify gaps, pain points, duplication and opportunities for improvement.
  • Map current-state and future-state processes and recommend practical improvements.
  • Gather and consolidate requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear business processes, workflows and implementation plans.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops with the Practice Lead, engineers, hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders to understand operational needs.
  • Design and document standardised processes, workflows, guidelines and operating procedures.
  • Manage assigned projects from planning through implementation, including scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the implementation and operationalisation of new or improved processes.
  • Review the effectiveness of implemented processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare project documentation, process maps, presentation materials and stakeholder communications.
  • Support Practice Operations initiatives relating to areas such as hiring, assessment, onboarding, capability development and other operational processes where required.

Requirements

  • Min 4years working experiences in Project Management, Business Process Design, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operations or related functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing, designing and improving end-to-end business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills with experience developing process maps, workflows, SOPs, requirements or other process documentation.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a process-oriented Project Manager who is passionate in working with ambiguity, engaging different stakeholders and turning business needs into clear and workable processes.

The ideal candidate should be able to look beyond simply coordinating activities and actively contribute to how processes should be designed, improved and operationalised. However, this represents only the current project within Practice Operations, with other projects and business areas expected to come onboard subsequently. Prior HR domain experience is not required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
