Job Summary

Oversee project teams and subcontractors to deliver construction projects on schedule while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and ISO requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors to achieve project completion by approved contract dates
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and site safety regulations
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to establish guidelines and provide expert supervision to project teams
  • Manage on-site staff to ensure effective execution of project operations and adherence to plans
  • Oversee document control processes, including distribution of drawings, specifications, and technical documents to relevant parties
  • Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with the Company’s ISO management system

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board
  • Certified Specialist in Construction Project Management (CSCPM) certificate
