The posting

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering teams to deliver digital products and solutions.
  • Support end-to-end product and project delivery, from requirements gathering and user research through development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate system, user acceptance, security, and quality testing activities before product release.
  • Drive user adoption through training, communications, and change management activities.
  • Monitor product performance, support issue resolution, and work with technical teams to address defects and enhancements.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and other governance artifacts.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of project and/or product delivery experience.
  • Experience in the full software development or product lifecycle, preferably using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Highly organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis, PMI, CITPM, or COMIT.
  • Experience in digital product development and delivery.
  • Experience in Audit, Quality Management, Portfolio Management, or PMO functions.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, and other project management platforms.
