The posting

  • Manage ACMV and mechanical building-services projects from planning and design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning and handover, meeting agreed schedules, budgets and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on mechanical drawings, technical submissions, procurement and site activities.
  • Oversee ACMV installations, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ductwork, piping and ventilation systems, while monitoring project progress, costs, resources and technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, contractual obligations and WSH requirements, maintaining project documentation and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of experience in ACMV or mechanical project management within the M&E contracting, construction, commercial, industrial or building-services industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, piping, ventilation, testing and commissioning.
  • Good understanding of project scheduling, contract administration, cost control and WSH requirements.
