Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage building construction projects from commencement through to completion.
  • Lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective measures where necessary.
  • Manage project planning, resource allocation, site coordination and construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project costs and work closely with the contracts and commercial teams on variations and claims.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates on project progress, key issues and milestones.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and environmental requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in managing building construction projects with an established main contractor.
  • Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, institutional or other building projects are welcome to apply.
