Our client, a global medical technology company, is seeking a Project Manager to drive SAP S/4HANA implementation across Customer Service and Logistics & Distribution functions in APAC.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage regional project plans, timelines and deliverables for SAP S/4HANAimplementation.
- Coordinate regional, country and global teams to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
- Lead project reviews, track milestones and provide progress updates to key stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve issues across business and IT teams.
- Coordinate business requirements, process gaps and localisation needs through to resolution.
- Oversee business testing activities, including preparation, execution, defect resolution and sign-off.
- Coordinate master data validation and migration readiness with relevant teams.
- Assess country readiness across resources, processes, systems, user access and operating procedures.
- Coordinate training and change management activities to support user adoption.
- Manage business cutover planning, go-live readiness and implementation support.
- Track post-launch issues and stabilisation activities to ensure a smooth transition to daily operations.
- Identify project risks, drive mitigation plans and apply lessons learned across implementation phases.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Approximately 7–10 years of relevant experience, including substantial regional or multi-country project management experience.
- Experience in ERP/SAP transformation or implementation projects; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, and Logistics & Distribution processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Strong project planning, risk management, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with 3PL/4PL operations and interfaces is advantageous.
- Experience in system testing, cutover, go-live and post-launch support is preferred.
