Job Summary

Build a rewarding career as an engineering specialist by managing client relationships, delivering technical solutions, and developing new product markets in a dynamic industrial electrical environment with regional exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Train to become an engineering specialist in the industrial electrical sector.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key clients including multinational corporations, government agencies, and engineering consulting firms to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with experienced sales engineers across Asia to deliver technical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop new product markets locally and regionally.
  • Provide technical support and engineering solutions to customers throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering preferred; candidates with Mechanical or Electronics Engineering backgrounds are also welcome.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong learning aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in CAD drafting and interpretation of engineering drawings (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with basic sales acumen.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: S$4,000 - S$5,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
