Job Responsibilities • Develop, maintain and update project schedules in coordination with the project manager and site team. • Prepare baseline schedules, detailed work programmes and short-term look-ahead schedules. • Monitor actual progress against the approved schedule and highlight delays or potential risks. • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to obtain progress updates. • Track key milestones, activity dependencies, procurement and delivery schedules. • Analyse the impact of changes and delays on project completion. • Support the development of recovery plans and revised work sequences. • Prepare scheduling reports and progress updates for project meetings. • Maintain accurate scheduling records and supporting progress information.

Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. • At least 3 years of project planning or scheduling experience in construction or engineering projects. • Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. • Familiar with critical path analysis, baseline schedules and progress tracking. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Good analytical, communication and coordination skills. • Experience in semiconductor facility or mechanical and piping projects is an advantage.
