Job Summary

We are seeking a purchaser to develop good relationship with our customers by managing vessel enquiries, source quality items at competitive prices, coordinate quotations, and facilitate smooth supply chain communication between customers, vendors, warehouse, operations, and vessels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to vessel enquiries regarding required provision items to ensure accurate and timely supply
  • Source high-quality marine supplies and negotiate competitive pricing to optimize procurement costs
  • Prepare and communicate clear, competitive quotations to customers to support sales and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and vendors to foster trust and repeat business
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to confirm item readiness and ensure seamless supply to ships
  • Liaise directly with vessels to schedule and confirm delivery of items, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders
