The posting

Our client is a well-established MNC specialising in advanced coating and surface engineering solutions for semiconductor, precision engineering and industrial applications.

Working Days: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week Working Hours: 7:45am – 4:45pm Location: Tuas (Transport Provided)

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding reporting requirements and quality-related issues.
  • Monitor, measure, and review internal processes using quality management practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and achieve KPI targets.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure the quality management system is properly maintained.
  • Prepare and issue audit reports, document non-conformances, and verify CAPA implementation.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and monitored for effectiveness.
  • Educate, train, and guide employees on quality roles and responsibilities while promoting a strong quality culture across the company.
  • Prepare customer quality reports, including data collection and statistical reporting.
  • Assist the business in achieving relevant certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and RBA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering / Management or equivalent
  • Experience in quality assurance and control
  • Experience in internal and external audit
