Quality Control Executive

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent quality site inspections on completed works to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Perform documentation audits and verify records thoroughly for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct compliance checks to assess adherence to maintenance standards and contractual requirements.
  • Track defects, findings, and corrective actions, ensuring proper documentation and timely closure.
  • Support Authority audits and surveillance programs by preparing and providing necessary information.
  • Verify the quality of work performed by contractors and vendors to maintain project standards.
  • Monitor and ensure timely closure of defects and audit observations to uphold quality assurance.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Building Services.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 41001, and audit processes.
