Job Responsibilities:
Manage process change qualityassurance (QA) activities and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Review fab process and recipe change reports,ensure that all change-related risks have been properly addressed, and verifythat the review process complies with internally defined procedures.
Communicate with customers regarding Process ChangeNotifications (PCNs) and ensure that all customer requirements are fullyaddressed.
Review Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)documents and Control Plans to ensure compliance with internal standardoperating procedures (SOPs) and AIAG standards.
Lead or participate in projects related toproductivity improvement, daily operations and workflow optimization, andquality system enhancement.
Independently manage fab abnormalities andcustomer-related issues, including supporting root cause investigations andaddressing special requirements.
Perform other duties assigned by the manager, suchas supporting second- and third-party audits, participating in cross-siteactivities, and coaching junior team members.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above inengineering or a related field.
At least two years of experience in wafer foundryoperations, back-end IC packaging processes, process integration, or PCNquality assurance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of AIAG-VDA FMEA and Control Plans is aplus.
