Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer to support quality control, inspection, and documentation activities at our Singapore facility. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring manufactured parts and finished tools meet applicable API, ISO, and customer quality requirements.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship or attachment experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts and finished tools.
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Verify material traceability and material test certificates.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and certificates of conformance.
  • Support quality audits, document control, and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate inspections with customers and third-party inspection agencies.
  • Assist with HSE documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Support the Senior Quality and Operations team in daily quality assurance activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, inspection, machining, manufacturing, or oilfield equipment.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship or attachment experience are welcome.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with API 7-1, API Q1, and ISO 9001:2015 standards is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation abilities.
