Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Interior Fit-Out
  • Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
  • Working Location: Toa Payoh
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare tender bids and ensure submissions are completed on time.
  • Carry out quantity take-offs and request quotations from suppliers.
  • Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval before tender submission.
  • Prepare notifications for extension of time when there are potential project delays.
  • Review and understand project drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
  • Handle pre-tender and post-tender procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
  • Handle project administration and documentation, including subcontract preparation and Variation Orders.
  • Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor.

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in interior design, A&A, or related project works.
  • Experience in handling full interior fitout projects.
