Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Executive

Location: Singapore Employment Type: 3-Year Contract Experience: Fresh Graduates Welcome

About the Role

We are looking for Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Executives to support cost measurement, claims, and contract administration for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
  • Measure and assess Variation Orders (VO) and subcontract works.
  • Process monthly progress claims and final accounts.
  • Support contract administration, documentation, and payment assessments.
  • Perform measurement and remeasurement for subcontractor payments.
  • Liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers on claims, variations, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate project and contract documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of cost and measurement software is an advantage.
  • Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
