Job Summary

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with AutoCAD skills to join our window and door company. You will manage project costs, prepare accurate measurements, invoicing and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient construction processes.

Responsibilities

  • Use AutoCAD to create and review detailed drawings for window and door projects to support accurate quantity surveying.
  • Apply construction industry knowledge to prepare precise cost estimates and material take-offs for projects.
  • Manage multiple tasks independently to meet project deadlines and maintain responsibility for assigned duties.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate project requirements and resolve issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document, report, and present quantity surveying data clearly.
  • Apply English language proficiency to ensure clear understanding and communication in all project documentation and interactions.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in the window and door industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
