Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project costing, quotations and budgets.
  • Calculate material quantities and prepare BOQ.
  • Source and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Review drawings and project specifications.
  • Monitor project costs and expenses.
  • Handle variation orders and additional works.
  • Check subcontractor claims and invoices.
  • Work closely with the project and design team.
  • Assist with tendering and final accounts.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Experience in interior design, renovation or construction preferred.
  • Able to read drawings and understand construction materials.
  • Good Excel and costing skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
