Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to support our organizational growth by managing project costs and collaborating with architects on aluminium ceiling and cladding works.

Responsibilities

  • Manage quantity surveying tasks to ensure accurate cost estimation and budget control for construction projects
  • Collaborate with architects to present and share knowledge of aluminium ceiling and cladding products
  • Apply background knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp to review and interpret architectural drawings for project planning
  • Support the expansion of the organization by contributing to project delivery and client engagement efforts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Background knowledge in using AutoCAD and SketchUp software to assist in project design interpretation and communication
