The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing and placing top talents while building strong client relationships. Your ability to understand technology roles, industry trends, and market demands will be crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage with high-caliber candidates across various platforms and domains using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and direct sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, technology stacks, and workforce planning strategies, ensuring the best talent matches.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to provide career guidance and align them with suitable opportunities.
  • Achieve individual and team targets by proactively developing a pipeline of skilled candidates.
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks to provide strategic talent insights.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, from initial engagement to onboarding.
  • Maintain and optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases for accurate and efficient hiring processes.

The Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 1-2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or staffing environment.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and placing professionals across various functions such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, infrastructure, and data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
  • A self-motivated, proactive approach with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently while collaborating within a team.
