The Rolls-Royce Motor Cars regional team supports the development of its retail network across Asia Pacific. Working with market teams and dealer partners, it helps strengthen the brand’s presence, retail standards and client experience.

What awaits you?
- Support the Sales Channel Development function within APAC.
- Develop and implement a short, medium and long-term strategic plan to optimise the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars(RRMC) network presence in Asia Pacific.
- Identify, evaluate, and prime new business opportunities that maximize dealer footprint potential, strengthen long-term business profitability, and enhance brand presence in key Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) locations.
- Create and maintain the highest quality of RRMC retail representation (in terms of dealer, owners, management, staffing and premises) in APAC, to enhance the desirability of our products and ensure delivery of customer satisfaction by our dealers.
- Ensure dealers’ physical and business operating standards meet RRMC minimum requirements, in addition to providing regional oversight on dealer governance and data privacy topics to protect the brand, clients and business.
- Support operational aspects of the regional Client Contact Teams (CCT) in Japan and Korea in collaboration with the CRM Manager and global CCT/Client Experience team, and drive VoC action plans to ensure client satisfaction.
What should you bring along?
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a similar discipline.
- At least 6 years of automotive industry experience, preferably including at least 3 years in sales or dealer development and the luxury automotive industry; experience in other luxury industries is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of luxury brands, the automotive industry, dealer bodies, and the dealer retail environment and its processes.
- Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly, make strategic judgements and business decisions, and deliver against goals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear actions, assess market potential and opportunities, and recommend appropriate network requirements.
- Strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to set realistic timelines and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, diplomacy and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across management levels, cultures and functions, including BMW Group entities, dealer organisations, investors and extended teams.
- Strong appreciation for the confidentiality of highly sensitive information; previous legal experience is an advantage.
