Job description

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Additional job description

As a Regional Demand Planner, you will be critical in driving demand and fulfillment planning activities for APAC across multiple product categories. This high-visibility role requires strong leadership, influence, project management, and analytical capabilities to support the next phase of the company's growth in Devices and Services. You will manage key internal/external stakeholders and represent end-to-end supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the planning process for your designated region and product portfolio. Make strategic recommendations to executive leadership based on demand forecasts.
  • Lead the monthly cross-functional sales and operations planning cycle, driving decisions and actions to mitigate risks and achieve business plans.
  • Lead engagement with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply) to influence decisions, drive consensus, and clearly communicate goals, progress, and deadlines.
  • Oversee all demand and fulfillment planning activities, including managing optimal levels of channel inventory to balance availability through the product's lifecycle. Lead supply allocation exercises and oversee order fulfillment.
  • Lead weekly collaborative, planning, forecasting, and replenishment discussions with third-party resellers to drive forecast accuracy.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on demand planning in consumer hardware.

Preferred qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in direct demand and supply planning within complex environments.
  • Prior experience in consumer hardware industry.
  • Proven track record leading monthly cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles.
  • Ability to manage both strategic and operational levels, including successful new product launches.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sources, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale cross-functional projects and navigating organizational ambiguity.
  • Exceptional presentation and problem-solving skills to influence internal and external partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
