The posting

Embraer Asia Pacific is seeking to recruit a Regional Aircraft Sales Director, Executive Jets for the Executive Aviation team.

Reporting to the Vice President, Executive Jets, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, monitoring and controlling regional sales leads, prospects, opportunities and campaigns across the assigned Asia Pacific territory. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, lead high-value sales campaigns, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and drive the achievement of annual sales targets. The role requires building strong and enduring customer relationships, optimizing sales opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of Embraer's Executive Aviation business in the region. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy while ensuring alignment with company objectives and commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate regional sales activities, leads, prospects, opportunities and campaigns within the assigned Asia Pacific territory.
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with customers, industry professionals, industry influencers andbusiness partners.
  • Lead high-value salescampaigns independently and drive the successful closure of aircraft salesopportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and SMART objectives while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Participate in the management and control of budgets related to aircraft demonstrations, travel and customer engagement activities.
  • Monitor sales performanceand ensure the reliability, quality and timeliness of sales information.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives, market intelligence activities and business development strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and commercial effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements.
  • Support Embraer's Enterprise Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

This position will be based in Singapore and will require extensive travel across the Asia Pacific region. Travel requirements range between 50% and 75%

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, Finance or a related discipline.
  • MBA would be an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 10 years of sales experience with demonstrated success in the general aviation or executive aircraft industry.
  • Experience managing complex sales campaigns and high-value customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of executive aircraft operations and applications.
  • Good understanding of the financial and commercial aspects of aircraft ownership and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and finance fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Embraer's products and services, as well as competitor offerings.
  • Strong planning, analytical, sales and commercial proposal development capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Asian market and business culture is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
