RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (One Position)

(CIVIL & STRUCTURAL)

a) Diploma from Polytechnic in relevant discipline or hold an equivalent qualification.

b) Registered with Building Control Authority (BCA) and Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (“JAC [IES and ACES]”)

c) Preferably 5 years local supervision as a resident technical officer for Architectural, Civil and Structural works.

d) Be conversant in local legislation, regulations and codes.

e) Competent in IT- word processing, excel, email, Power point for project progress update and presentation slides, maintaining proper record for claims.

f) Familiar with the inspection and installation process technology constructed under

Design for Manufacturing and Assembly.
