Job Summary

We are hiring a Resident Technical Officer (Electrical/ ICA) for the Kranji Water Replacement Plant at Kranji MRT. This role requires holding an RTO certificate from IES and involves overseeing on-site project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with the Building Control Act and approved construction drawings
  • Monitor and verify civil and structural works to meet project specifications and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Resident Engineer to identify and resolve site and construction-related issues promptly
  • Facilitate effective communication with project stakeholders to support smooth site operations
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain project timelines and uphold quality standards

Required competencies and certifications

  • Registration with IES as Resident Technical Officer (Civil)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising civil and structural construction works
  • Demonstrated communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Other Information

  • Contract duration: 4 years
  • Site address: 10 Kranji Road 739520 (transport pick up and drop off available from/to Kranji MRT)
  • Working hours: Shift work based on 44 hrs workweek.
