The posting

Position & eligibility

  • Position: Retail Assistant / Store Manager
  • Eligibility: LTVP / PR / Singapore Citizen (SC)

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • Outgoing and cheerful personality, good at talking with customers
  • Good team player
  • Willingness to work night shifts is a plus

Salary

  • S$2,000 – S$3,200 per month + commission
  • Basic salary depends on experience and position
  • Sales commission on top of basic salary

Work arrangement

  • 6 days a week
  • 44 hours a week

Operating / shift hours

  • Off-peak season: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Peak season: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Peak months: January, February, July, August
  • Actual working hours follow the shift roster

Overtime pay

  • Hours worked beyond 44 per week are paid as overtime under the applicable regulations, at 1.5× the basic hourly rate

Annual leave

  • First year of service: 7 days
  • +1 day for each completed year of service after that
  • Maximum: 14 days

Medical benefits

  • Outpatient medical claims: up to S$500 per year
  • Up to S$50 per visit
  • Dental and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are not covered

Dress code

  • Short-sleeved top
