Retail Assistant / Sales Associate | North-East | $2,300 + AWS + Incentives

Salary & Working Arrangements

  • $2,300 monthly basic + AWS
  • Monthly sales incentives based on KPI achievement
  • 5-day, 44-hour work week
  • Rotating retail shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
  • Preferred work region: North-East. Outlet preferences can be discussed; final allocation is subject to availability.

What You'll Do

  • Help customers select frames that suit their needs, style and budget
  • Answer eyewear enquiries and recommend suitable products
  • Work towards individual and store sales targets
  • Handle cashiering, stock replenishment and product displays
  • Support daily store operations and housekeeping

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, clear communication and a customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to learn about eyewear and develop your sales skills
  • A reliable team player comfortable working retail shifts
  • Retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage; applicants without experience are welcome
