About Us La Tienda is a vibrant lifestyle and fashion boutique located at 370 Joo Chiat Road. We curate a unique collection of fashion apparel, accessories, jewelry, and home decor inspired by natural, Mediterranean elements and handcrafted designs. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer oriented Retail Assistant to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver warm, personalized, and exceptional customer service to all boutique visitors.

- Drive sales by actively assisting customers, styling pieces, and sharing the story behind our curated collections.

- Handle day-to-day store operations, including point-of-sale (Shopify-Shopify POS) transactions, inventory management, and restocking.

- Maintain a visually stunning store presentation through effective visual merchandising and daily housekeeping. - Assist with online orders, fulfillment, and basic digital inventory updates (Shopify experience is a plus!).

Requirements

- Passionate about retail, fashion, styling, and home decor.

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a boutique environment is preferred.

- Friendly, proactive, and positive attitude with strong communication skills.

- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team.

- Flexible availability for both Part-Time and Full-Time arrangements.
