Retail Banking Compliance Officer

💰 Salary: Up to $4,500/month 📍 Location: Raffles Place 📄 Immediate Availability Required

Join a leading international bank and support retail banking compliance, AML, and operational risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily branch operations and administrative matters.
  • Conduct operational training and compliance inspections for branches.
  • Handle customer complaints, including investigations, root cause analysis, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) matters, including KYC monitoring, AML advisory, sample checks, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR).
  • Assist with regulatory submissions, compliance advisories, regulatory updates, and monitoring of compliance tasks.
  • Support operational risk management, including Business Continuity Management (BCM), risk assessments, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), operational risk events, third-party risk management, and user access reviews.
