Job Summary

You will provide friendly and accurate customer service, handle sales transactions, maintain store appearance and security, support inventory tasks, and contribute to smooth daily retail operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver courteous and professional customer service to assist customers effectively
  • Respond to customer product inquiries with accurate and clear information
  • Process sales transactions accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers
  • Restock shelves and arrange merchandise to maintain attractive displays
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards throughout the retail store
  • Conduct basic inventory handling and perform stock checks as needed
  • Monitor store activity to reduce loss and ensure security
  • Complete additional assigned tasks to support daily retail operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
