Responsibilities:
- Identify and rectify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions at the worksite
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company policies
- Enforce all WSH requirements and in-house safety rules
- Assist in accident/incident investigations and reporting
- Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, briefings, and safety time-outs
- Liaise with project teams and contractors on safety and health matters
- Monitor SHE performance and follow up on safety documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B and/or relevant safety certifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-rise building projects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Willing to work at night shifts
- 6-day work week
