Sales Admin - Marine Industry (Ref: 37867) Location: West-Central, Singapore =============

【Responsibilities】

  • Register customer enquiries and maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
  • Prepare standard quotations, order documentation, correspondence, and reports using approved information.
  • Track the status of quotations, orders, deliveries, and invoices, and carry out the necessary follow-up.
  • Coordinate the flow of documents and information among the Sales, Technical, Accounting and HR departments, as well as customers and suppliers.
  • Update and maintain price lists, product information, customer databases, and related records.
  • Arrange meetings, business travel, and presentations, and prepare and file meeting minutes as assigned.
  • Respond to routine customer requests and escalate commercial or technical matters to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle customer telephone enquiries politely and professionally during office hours. When assigned to the weekly rotating duty roster, respond to 24/7 emergency enquiries, accurately verify and record the relevant details, and promptly escalate them to the appropriate personnel.

【Requirements & Preferences】

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales administration experience within the manufacturing, marine, or shipping industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, for preparing quotations, reports, and maintaining sales records.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage documentation and follow up on multiple enquiries and orders accurately.
